Within the EU standard shipments are Free of charge.

All other international shipments will be paid by the customer.

Please be aware that on international shipments Custom Duties may occur, and these are not included in the shipping price, so they are under the customer’s responsibility.

All Orders are shipped within 2-4 days from the order confirmation.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard shipments

Within the EU: 2-5 working days
Outside the EU: 7-15 working days

Express shipments

All costs related to Express shipments will be paid by the customer, for both EU and outside the European Union.

After shipment you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code. You can follow your delivery with this code. I always take good care packing the goods. However, if your package gets damaged during the shipment, please get in contact with the shipping company, and preferably myself as well. Space-Time Travel is not responsible for damaged goods, but I will do my utmost in helping you receive the goods as safely and in time as possible.

RETURNS

All returns will be paid by the customer.

You can return your purchase within 15 days from when you receive it.

Please write me an email with the order number and the reason for return at info@space-timetravel.com – I will let you know how to handle your return.

I carefully measure, wash and repair the watches before selling them, but I can’t promise there won’t be signs of history on your product.

Important conditions for return:

All original labels must stay attached.
Items have to be returned in the exact same condition as you received them.
Discounted items are always non-returnable.

After checking the status of the returned items, you will be fully refund.

The refund/transfer will be done within 14 days after receiving your package.
